Sales and Quality Coach

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Quality Coach to join our energetic and fast-paced client based in Thame.

Offering an excellent package including a salary of £24,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience, company bonus scheme and amazing employee benefits! 

The Role:

As a Sales and Quality coach you will be the quality expert for your team and will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, driving measurable improvement against predefined qualitative areas.
You will be required to support the Team Leader with sales coaching and training of the team members.

You will ensure that the team work in conjunction with our quality approved frameworks and systems.

Skills and knowledge:

• You have good analytical skills
• You have experience of working in automotive sales- preferred
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• You are computer literate with a basic knowledge of ‘office applications’
• You have a proactive approach to problem solving
• You have experience in people development, mentoring and coaching
• You are passionate about developing teams to achieve the best results possible

Salary:

• £24,000- £28,000

Hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Shifts Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
