Fabulous hybrid role working twice a week in the Birmingham office right next to New Street station and the rest from home involving extensive outbound telephone contact with post graduate students looking to enrol on a masters course.
The role is primarily working with Home & EU applicants. Using sales and customer relationship skills, the role is vital in helping students through the application cycle and ultimately ensuring they successfully enrol on their chosen course.

What does this Sales Conversion Officer role in the Higher Education Sector involve?
- Managing the process for all Home /EU applicants from initial application to enrolment.
- To support the Conversion and Assessments Manager in meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
- Ensuring an efficient booking process is in place for all assessments required to be taken by post graduate students looking to do a masters and managing this process day to day.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the recruitment, assessment, admissions team and all departments within the business.
- Maintain and manage effective business pipeline ensuring daily KPI’s are delivered effectively
- To provide first class customer service to all students, agents/representative and partners
- Running and supporting offer holder events across the various campuses.
- Managing the process for all Home /EU applicants from initial application to enrolment.
- Supporting all applicants throughout the admissions process in a timely manner
- Supporting the Conversion and Assessments Manager in accurately reporting sales data
- Providing excellent customer service when speaking to potential students
