Sales Development Representative

This leading IT and training organisation are looking for someone to seek out new business and help generate opportunities from new and existing clients.

This SDR role is based in Bracknell but it is up to you how often you work in the office and how much you work remotely!

£22K salary plus £10K OTE

Job responsibilities include:

  • Account Mapping and engagement
  •  Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management
  • Have a proactive approach to sales
  • Able to identify opportunities within the accounts
  •  Be confident at engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be able to use own initiative when working with customers
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit among the Team and identify and share new business winning opportunities and breakthrough initiatives
  • Able to identify and pass on leads of larger opportunities
  • Act as company ambassador building and promoting our brand
  • Understand the sales process and be hungry to grow accounts

Skills and experience: 

  • Proven track record in a sales role and 3+ years sales experience of working with various levels of stakeholders
  • Preferable but not essential background in IT or Training
  • Must be target driven
  • Experience working with regional accounts
  • Excellent time management
  • Eager for career progression
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication
