Sales Support Executive

Our client are looking for someone to seek out new business and help generate opportunities from new and existing clients.

Applicants must be able to drive due to the location of the office not being reachable by foot or public transport.

Purpose of the role: Contribute to the growth of the sales department and manage activities of all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account management and relationship building with existing customer base
• Building portfolio of leads using SalesForce
• Processing orders/invoices in a timely manner using Microsoft NAV system
• Assisting customers with order queries
• Working closely with customers to gather quarterly/annual forecasts
• Ensure departmental sales targets are met/exceeded
• Maintain system records of customer pricing, address details etc
• Issue install guarantees upon request
• Support the technical team with customer approval process, including the distribution of approval cards
• Monitor customer compliance and address if/when necessary
• Support other departments when required

Key requirements for this role are:

• Experience in a sales/account management role
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Proactive attitude with strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft package
• Be willing to multitask and assist colleagues where necessary
• Must be able to drive
