Sales Executive (mix of office and field sales)

As part of the Sales team you will be responsible for driving the business as they continue to expand. You will be located in the Wokingham head office for 2-3 days per week and out in the field in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire for the remaining days.

The Role

• 2-3 days telemarketing and prospecting for new business from the Wokingham office
• Using various methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn
• Book a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas
• Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily services
• Responsible for price negotiations and objection handling
• Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Good communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed
• A minimum of 12 months sales or telemarketing experience
• Self-motivation
• Drive and tenacity
• Excellent prospecting skills
• Valid UK driver’s license

Salary

• Up to £23,000 per annum with uncapped commission – achievable OTE of £40,000
