A leading organisation based just outside of Maidenhead are looking for a strong administrator to join their team. (you must be a car driver due to location)

Responsibilities
- Producing and distributing invoices and checking incoming invoices
- Supporting students and organisers to ensure they meet and understand the programs requirements
- Reviewing reports to ensure they are personalised and error-free to follow the organisations guidelines and are submitted on time
- Database maintenance and processing of Enhanced DBS Applications.
- Arranging travel
- Maintaining the Sales, Booking and Operational Management System
- Meeting with potential clients by face to face meetings, telephone calls, skype and emails
- Handling sensitive information confidentially
- Responding to Emails, face to face and telephone communication within 48 hours
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- You must be organised and innovative with the ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Holding excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions whilst knowing when to raise concerns or refer issues to senior team members
- Expert knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and governing multiple programmes simultaneously, including risk management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
