This Senior Client Manager position could be the job for you!
This leading IT and training organisation are looking for someone to deliver enterprise engagements from a nominated Sector and provide excellent customer service.
This role is based in Bracknell but it is up to you how often you work in the office and how much you work remotely!
£50K Basic + £20K OTE Comms = £70K Package + Comms Accelerators & Benefits (commission is completely uncapped)
Key responsibilities:

- Work across the client Tech, Procurement and L&D sectors
- Understand the current and future required state of existing/ new clients and each functional area of responsibility/ influence
- Work in tandem with the Bid Manager retaining accountability for the context, response positioning and final review of all proposal/bid responses
- Manage team members to deliver activities associated with progressive engagement including marketing or event generated leads
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Attend no less than 12 customer meetings per month, ensuring all strategic accounts undergo a formalised supplier review activity at least twice a year
You will need:
- Extensive sales experience in a related industry
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Solid competitor and market knowledge
- Target and opportunity focused with a passionate customer first approach.
- Proven success of working to and delivering against targets (KPI and/or revenue)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to Senior/C Level
