Exciting, growing organisation in Marlow, Bucks are looking for a Senior CRM Administrator to join their marketing team to cover maternity for 14 months.
Supporting the team in the field, you will be the “go to” person for all support requirements, you will have a calm and likeable character and be quick to assist. Your role will ensure the local teams have the product and systems they need in order to deliver the best possible support to key end-users.
What are the main job responsibilities of the Senior CRM Administrator role?
- responsible for analysis and maintenance of critical CRM data and subsequent reporting.
- monitor regional data and work with regions to ensure all necessary fields are up to date
- engage with a field based team to ensure consistency with critical tasks such as on boarding new starts
- maintain master data in SAP / QlikView – responsible for the maintenance of master data in QlikView, including monthly targets and customer classification
- prepare weekly sales progress reports
- assist with CRM training on occasion
- monthly EMEA reports and combine into an overall summary
- own sharepoint site and teams channel including news stories and best practice sharing
What skills and experience will the ideal person have for this role?
- process driven, IT literate and highly organised with a confident, personable and friendly personality, able to liaise at all levels.
- CRM / Database experience, knowledge of SAP and QlikView preferred but not essential
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail as accuracy is essential
- good organisational, time management skills with knowledge, understanding and ability to prioritise, plan and control own workloads
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Excel
