Senior Customer Service Adviser / Team Support

Do you have experience working within a contact centre or similar? Our lovely client have an exciting opportunity for a Team Senior to join their Contact centre team based in Thame!

As the Senior within the team, you will support the Team Manager in the day to day running of the business. You will also ensure that you communicate and support the team you work with to ensure you all hit targets, deal with customer enquires in the best possible way and are able to provide support to the team leader,

You will enjoy the role if: 

• You have the desire to learn and improve your teams knowledge and performance
• You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You are an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
• You have the ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
• You have experience in a fast paced customer focused environment

Ideally you will have automotive experience, or an interest in cars (this is preferable but not compulsory)

You will receive:
• Salary of up to £23,000
• 37.5 hours a week to be worked between Monday – Sunday: 8.30am – 10pm on a rota basis
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
