Senior Helpdesk and Infrastructure Engineer

This is initially a Senior Helpdesk/Infrastructure role moving to more of a Senior Systems Engineer in the future when a second helpdesk person is found

London hybrid role, working around twice a week in the office in WC2

55K with an extra half days pay to be on call once every two or three weekends (very rare to be called)

The following skills are must haves:

Windows 10/11 desktop

Windows server 2008 – 2019

O365 hybrid support/administration

Hyper-V

VMWare ESXi

Cisco Meraki

Veeam Backup and Replication

 

Beneficial skills to have:

Mitel cloud phone system end user support

Cisco ASA and Firepower

Ability to navigate and understand complex networks

 

Nice to have:

GDS support experience

Familiar with Service Desk
