The role
- To support the Service Department with Administrative duties
- Assisting in the running of in-house/field service operations
- Taking phone calls
- Handling correspondence
- Scheduling in-house repairs and field repair visits
- Arranging travel for team members and products
- Issuing quotes for repairs
- Maintaining database
- Liaising with other departments to ensure success of the business

Hours
- 37.5 hours a week,
- A degree of flexibility ensuring that all the hours are completed
