Do you hold great Administration experience and looking for a new opportunity?

The role

  • To support the Service Department with Administrative duties
  • Assisting in the running of in-house/field service operations
  • Taking phone calls
  • Handling correspondence
  • Scheduling in-house repairs and field repair visits
  • Arranging travel for team members and products
  • Issuing quotes for repairs
  • Maintaining database
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure success of the business

Hours

  • 37.5 hours a week,
  • A degree of flexibility ensuring that all the hours are completed

 

Salary

  • £22,000
