Service Advisor

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? 

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join an exciting Service Innovation team within a fantastic charity/ membership organisation just outside High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire! The position is hybrid and comes with a range of great benefits!

Role purpose:

Provide high quality standards of customer service to all customers through the effective use of processes and systems, measured against agreed targets and KPIs. To be pro-active in providing advice and support to all customers through the promotion of the company and its products and services.

Salary: £23,000 plus discretionary bonus

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Key responsibilities:

  • High quality and effective communication with all customer service contacts through all relevant channels – e-mail, phone, web, post.
  • Exceed customer and contact expectations.
  • Support colleagues, peers, and internal customers to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
  • Manage work volumes to required deadlines
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
  • Pro-actively seek out business and process improvement opportunities.

You will need:

  • Experience at Advisor level within a high quality, busy e-mail and telephone customer services environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of customer services processes, systems and quality measures.
  • Microsoft Office and database IT skills.
  • Highly developed customer service, communications and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to meet customer needs.
