Strategic Accounts Support Executive

Would you like to work for a first class company in a training/development environment in a hands-on support role in Wokingham?

Do you have great organisational/admin and IT skills?

  1. Managing all public training course bookings and enquiries, including cancellations, transfers, chasing provisional bookings, chasing PO’s and any other associated communications within agreed response times.
  2. Managing training account activities on CRM system
  3. Conducting basic account qualification information i.e. contact/role/areas of the business/reason for requirement/numbers involved etc.
  4. Expediting leads to the correct sales person in a timely fashion and manage expectations with sales person and the client around response times.
  5. Utilising Advanced Pricing to provide public quotes, and following these quotes up.
  6. Completing exam bookings.
  7. Adding contacts for sales staff and chasing email addresses.
  8. Meeting customers training admin team to help build relationships if required.
  9. Providing general phone support and query management for the team as required.
  10. Co-ordinating holidays with Business Development Managers to ensure cover for customers.
  11. Managing the compilation of monthly or Annual spend reports for clients as and when required
