Supplier Relationship Lead

This leading digital healthcare company in the middle of Windsor are looking for a key member of their supplier team, hybrid working in a company that offers career progression and a rewarding work environment.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-17:30pm

What does the Supplier Relationship Lead role in Windsor involve?

  • Key point of contact for the panel of Suppliers (Nurses & Doctors etc)
  • Responsible for ensuring the medical panel maintain smooth service delivery
  • To be the key contact for all suppliers, dealing with day to day queries and managing their performance
  • To support the junior members of the team, recruit and on-board top quality suppliers and ensure compliance monitoring and management of the Supplier panel is undertaken, including Nurse, Doctors, Phlebotomists and Health Care Assistants.
  • Act as point of contact for suppliers
  • Build strong relationships with all suppliers to support them to meet the demands of the business
  • Keep the Panel updated of any changes by sending regular communication updates.
  • Assist with daily queries and issues from the suppliers
  • Help support and identify supplier needs and improvement
  • Carry out supplier training and development
  • Responsible for addressing concerns and complaints against the suppliers
  • Raising concerns regarding suppliers to the supplier manager
  • Deactivating suppliers within a reasonable amount of time without activity KPI and Performance
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide updates to the Supplier Manager and other Management within the business
  • Responsible for maintaining KPIs and Supplier performance trackers
  • Maintaining the new supplier scoring matrix and optimising supplier performance
  • Support the team in supplier recruitment, training and development where necessary
  • Project support and service delivery as required by the business
  • Updating business database
