Talent Acquisition Consultant

Growth has led to a newly created opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage the recruitment for all offcice based roles across the group. This is a chance to make an impact and take ownership of the recruitment strategy for our high profile roles in the business. You will attract and hire the best talent on the market.

You will be joining a team of experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Consultants who cultivate a positive team spirit and can do attitude. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and driven individuals with experience of end to end recruitment. We are particularly interested in hearing from Recruiters with Sales experience.

Working to and contributing to personal and overall company targets by managing the full recruitment cycle to a high standard and in line with the overall company vision and strategy.

What Will You Do?

  • Use a variety of sales techniques including warm calling, field sales, email and social selling and by attending video and in person meetings.
  • Source talented candidates, via the leading UK job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and by headhunting passive candidates
  • Manage the interview and offer process for candidates.
  • Undertake negotiations with candidate terms.
  • Adhere to overall company sales structure and strategy whilst adding value to overall company performance
  • Manage candidate expectations based on market knowledge, offering exceptional levels of customer service always.
  • Maintain internal candidate database.

About you

  • A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience,
  • Experience of working with candidate sourcing tools, including LinkedIn.
  • A strong work ethic
  • A desire and passion to meet targets
  • Professional and resilient in character
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An ambitious and entrepreneurial mind set
