Talent Marketing Lead

This is a stand alone position within the companys Talent Acquisition team and part of the wider People team and is perfect for someone currently doing marketing within a recruitment organisation or similar with a sound knowledge of both marketing, social media and the recruitment industry

HQ is in Slough, Berkshire but they offer remote (hybrid) working with only occasional travel to Slough needed

What is the role of Talent Marketing Lead all about?

• You will have proven marketing & social media experience, will be comfortable with data analysis & reporting, enjoy creative writing with a flair for eye catching images and should have an understanding of the TA  Recruitment industry. You will use all of this experience in this stand alone role in order to raise the profile of the organisation.
• You will  understand the recruitment marketplace and identify the best routes to market for the Talent Recruitment team.
• Using your social media experience, you will set up and maintain a talent presence on relevant channels Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc and recommend new places  to attract talent.
• Lead marketing campaigns and analyse / report on their success, monitoring success and analytics
• Create compelling video content, that demonstrates that the company is an employer of choice and re-enforces their values and ethos
• You must be very comfortable using; Linkedin, Job boards, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
