Team Administrator

This great hybrid role is for a Case Administrator role based in Newcastle for a Medical company!

Working Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday – Currently 2 days a week in at the office for hybrid working!

Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 at home at the moment

Salary: £18,525 per annum

Your Responsibilities as a Administrator:

  • To manage a case load of clients requiring rehabilitation
  • To liaise with clinical providers and clients to organise relevant rehabilitation
  • To explain the benefits of rehabilitation
  • To achieve targets set by employer
  • To ensure Initial appointments is booked in a timely manner and subsequent reports received and processed within company SLA’s
  • General correspondence and administration duties, including dealing with company inbound post
  • Escalate any supplier issues to Supplier Liaison
  • To provide a quality service to customers & maintain good relations
  • To provide a quality service to clients

Other Duties may include:

  • To be able to encourage clients to attend for treatment
  • To be able to strive to meet targets
  • To organise client treatments within a preferred timescale
