Team Leader

Do you hold excellent experience in leading and supporting a team?

Do you have experience within the automotive sector?

Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join their contact centre team based in Thame!

As the Team Leader your duties will include leading and coaching your team, supporting the client in prospecting, telephone account management and front-line administration support. You will create and manage monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and individuals, implementing performance management programmes as required.

You will be responsible for managing the team’s performance, ensuring that agreed quantitative and qualitative targets are met and through identifying skills gaps for both the team and individuals you will ensure that the team deliver against and exceed the clients high service standards.

You will enjoy the role of Team Leader if: 
• You have experience in sales working in a business to business role
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are target focused and results driven with a keen eye for detail
• You have experience in training and coaching a team managing performance against targets
• You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You have the ability to deal with challenging situations calmly and professionally

You will recieve:
• Salary of up to £30,000
• 37.5 hours a week to be worked Monday -Friday 9am-5.30pm
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
