Technical Customer Service Co-ordinator

Growing Wokingham, Berkshire based company are looking for an additional Customer Service/Support Assistant with great customer service ability and attention to detail.

Ideal for a candidate with some previous customer services experience within an engineering/technical environment who picks up product knowledge quickly.

What will I be doing?

  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Getting prices for the customers and working with the technical team to put together quotes
  • Sending out order forms and customer acknowledgement forms
  • Processing orders
  • Data entry and system work and use of technology
  • Working closely with the technical team and also the marketing team
  • Dealing with manufacturers

What skills/experience do I need?

  • You need a logical mind
  • Quick to pick up product and parts information
  • Good team player willing to be flexible and help out where needed
  • Good with technology
  • Great communication skills both over the phone and in writing
