Growing Wokingham, Berkshire based company are looking for an additional Customer Service/Support Assistant with great customer service ability and attention to detail.
Ideal for a candidate with some previous customer services experience within an engineering/technical environment who picks up product knowledge quickly.
What will I be doing?
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Getting prices for the customers and working with the technical team to put together quotes
- Sending out order forms and customer acknowledgement forms
- Processing orders
- Data entry and system work and use of technology
- Working closely with the technical team and also the marketing team
- Dealing with manufacturers
What skills/experience do I need?
- You need a logical mind
- Quick to pick up product and parts information
- Good team player willing to be flexible and help out where needed
- Good with technology
- Great communication skills both over the phone and in writing
