Temp to Perm Administrator

This fantastic company is looking for a full time (8:30am-4:30pm) temporary administrator for a period of 3 to 6 months, with a view to possibly becoming permanent.

This is a remote role.

What will I be doing?

You will provide full secretarial & administrative support. Specific duties will include:

  • Monitoring the training inbox.
  • Liaising with members & booking courses.
  • Registering course & delegates on relevant training systems.
  • Booking accommodation & travel.
  • Scanning/filing course paperwork.
  • Supporting the Membership & Events Manager in chasing outstanding paperwork.
  • Escalating issues to the line Manager.
  • Completing post course procedures on systems.
  • Producing and sending certificates.
  • Archiving paperwork where necessary.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
  • Proven record of working in a small team.
  • Knowledge of an accounts package and invoicing.
  • Well organised and able to work independently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system and XERO system (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a Membership organisation (desirable).
  • Ideally the candidate should have experience of working with training systems such as SQA and Jaupt.
