Temporary Data Marketing Co-ordinator (4-6 weeks)

Are you available on a temporary short term basis to assist a marketing team review data as well as research for new data and check accuracy of data held? (This role is to start ASAP for 4-6 weeks)

Are you happy to ensure this data is GDPR compliant and to be proactive with outbound calls if necessary?

You could be a graduate in business/communications/marketing and have some previous relevant experience?

This is an important role as the data is used for marketing campaigns and communications as well as ensuring that accurate reporting and analytics are available

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure data held in CRM is accurate, complete & compliant with GDPR
• Research where necessary to find incomplete data
• Research where necessary to find missing contacts
• Update data from Sales Manager
• Collaborate with all UK Data Platforms team to ensure all data/notes on accounts/contacts are captured
• Establish progress reports and ongoing CRM reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Motivated, self-sufficient professional with great attention to detail & the ability to persist
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, driven, used to working on your own under own initiative
• Team player with positive, can-do attitude
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing/sales/data role
• Experience implementing and successfully completing projects
• Good organisational skills
