Temporary Invigilator

3 Temporary Invigilators required for a well established training centre in Cheltenham

Time Frame: 20^th June to 1^st July 2022 inclusive plus training date which is likely to be 19th May

What does the role of temporary invigilator involve?

• Be a professional point of contact/escalation route for approximately 10 Degree level Apprentices working through their End Point Assessment.
• Professionally answer, respond, log, escalate and ensure resolution of all Apprentice incoming queries
• Discuss with the Apprentice and refine their concern/question and escalate in a timely manner as per Communications Flow Chart which will be supplied to you

What skills and experience is ideally required for the role of temporary invigilator?

• Professional, personable, and engaging communication style
• To live close by to Cheltenham
• Previous invigilating/education experience
• Calm and collected in pressured situations
• Accurate recording and completion of data records
• High degree of attention to detail
• Comfortable with using outlook, word, excel etc.
• Positive, team player
• A strong desire to ensure that tasks/questions/issues are resolved and can be closed as completed.
