Trainee Sales Executive

Do you have a little sales/telemarketing experience and are you  looking to progress your career within sales?

If so, this Wokingham based organisation are happy to invest time and training in order to help you succeed.

After your initial training you will be able to go out off site and visit customers (so a car owner is a MUST)

The role after training

• 2-3 days telemarketing and prospecting for new business from the Wokingham office
• Using various methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn
• Book a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week in the allocated geographic areas
• Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily services
• Responsible for price negotiations and objection handling
• Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Good communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed
• Some  sales or telemarketing experience
• Self-motivation
• Drive and tenacity
• Excellent prospecting skills
• Valid UK driver’s license

Salary

• Up to £20,000 per annum with uncapped commission which increases after training if successful
