Would you like to assist Trainers in the administration and general condition of the training centre?
Do you have previous customer service/administration experience?
This is a lovely role based within a Training Centre near Bank and Liverpool Street tube stations
Hours are 0800-1400 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch
Salary is £20,500 or actual salary for 27.5 hours is £15,033
The role
- Ordering training material
- Welcoming delegates and dealing with enquiries
- Directing delegates to classrooms
- Booking and sourcing external meeting rooms
- Data entry and producing reports from the internal system
- Issuing pre-courseware to delegates
- Preparing meeting rooms and assisting with general administration such as photocopying, filing, printing etc
You need
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
