Busy, varied role offering you full responsibility for the planning and organisation of all course schedules and trainers.
This role will suit someone from a recruitment or learning or training background or similar where multitasking and organisational skills are key in a fast paced ever changing environment and where commitment to customer service is of paramount importance
Located in Slough, Berkshire but a hybrid role 2-3 days a week in office 2-3 days a week at home
Working in a team environment and working closely with sales teams
What does the Training Scheduling Manager role involve?
- Managing all of the training schedules and diary management of the trainers
- Negotiating prices with companies and trainers
- Juggling diaries and making sure all sessions are covered if trainers are sick or on holiday
- Managing new trainer inductions and organising for them to sit in on relevant courses to learn
- Looking at the data analytics, analysing trends, manipulation of the data and reporting
- Working out margins and percentages
- Monitoring the success of the courses and the revenue in order to maximise these and add extra dates etc
- Identify gaps in trainer skill sets and suggesting additional resources if necessary
- Ensuring all courses are scheduled correctly
