UX Manager

Are you experienced with UX and are you after an exciting new challenge?

Our client is a leading charity/ membership organisation based just outside High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. They are looking to expand their team and bring on a new UX Manager! This hybrid position will require you to champion and deliver user experience best practice throughout the organisation and across online platforms. You will also be leading a team of 2 content producers.

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 plus discretionary 10% bonus

Working hours: Monday- Friday, 35 hours, 1-2 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the content performance and schedule
• Main point of contact to the business for projects that require significant UX experience
• Ensure all existing and new digital content is aligned with the content strategy and brand guidelines
• Manage a programme of research to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into content development
• Analyse findings from research and build implementation plan based on change
• Continually optimise the user experience through page layout and information architecture

You will need:

• Experience in using and interpreting analytical tools
• Experience of working on IT and digital projects
• Experience of coordinating and producing digital content
• Experience of managing content projects
• Working knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques
• Search engine optimisation
• Digital content creation
