Warehouse Operative

This is a fantastic opportunity working for a leading technology organisation in Thame!

Salary: £18,500 per annum to £21,000 per annum depending on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week!

Your responsibilities:

To work closely with the operations team with all aspects of warehouse activity which includes; goods in, pick and pack, despatch, stock inventory and distribution.
Work proactively and effectively in a changing environment, prioritising workload and carrying out key tasks accurately.
Work to deadlines providing ongoing communication to peers when obstacles arise.
Accurate and clear communication of data required.
Regular interface with Technical, Operations and Sales teams supporting Project and RMA activities.
Provides full attention to detail in order to ensure that work flow activity is delivered on time and accurate.
Provide constructive feedback and proactively make recommendations for improvements in ways of working.
