Customer Service Advisor

This exciting global jewellery brand in Wokingham, Berkshire is looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their After Sales team!

The job will be based in the office during the initial 6 month probation period and then becomes hybrid with 2 days working from home!

Job purpose:

To provide excellent customer service support to the company’s full after sales department. Primarily focused on first line customer contact to ensure a market leading customer experience is achieved.

The role will be varied depending on workflow and departmental absences and will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Replying in a timely manner to all email inquiries regarding product repairs and general consumer questions
  • Answering all calls into the after sales department and processing them in a professional manner
  • Taking and processing spare parts orders for both consumer and trade customers
  • Communicating with both trade and consumers to ensure confirmation or payment has been received before proceeding with any chargeable repairs
  • Ensuring all administration is performed meticulously in line with company standards
  • Liaising with all customers and colleagues, internal and external to our high company expectations

About you:

We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication who loves working in a team. Experience in a Customer Service role is not needed, you can come from any background, but must have a passion for helping others.

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Working hours: Either 8.00am-4.00pm, 9.00am- 5.00pm, or 10.00am- 6.00pm (35 hours)

Salary: £21,000
