Carole Whyte

Director

Carole started up the company nearly 10 years ago as she wanted to create a modern, vibrant agency with old fashioned values.  Carole is very proud of our company values and ethos and as a “hands-on” Director still gets a buzz in finding candidates their ideal job. Carole is also studying to be a qualified Counsellor and Coach and is getting to grips with doing “homework” again!

Carly Spiller

Business and Office Manager

Carly has 14 years’ experience within Office Management and Senior level support roles with a focus on Business Management and Operational processes. Within these roles Carly has been used to getting involved with the Recruitment process and now gets to do it every day as well as oversee the office, staff and operations of Journey Recruitment. Carly is a self-confessed foodie and enjoys good restaurants alongside a nice glass of prosecco of course!

Alice Jenkins

Recruitment and Marketing Executive

Alice has a Masters in Marketing and is our in house Marketing Executive. She does this alongside working as a Recruitment Consultant 4 days a week and absolutely loves helping candidates secure their dream roles. Alice was previously an Account Executive, and loves building lasting relationships with her clients and making sure they are well looked after! Alice lives with her boyfriend Josh and loves spending her free time going for long walks with her family, horse riding, weightlifting and eating at amazing restaurants.

Helen Gibbon

Recruitment Executive

Helen has joined us from the Finance sector where she was a Relationship Manager for 27 years and brings with her a wealth of experience. Helen provides wonderful customer service to all candidates and clients and helps us with absolutely everything around the office. Helen loves open water swimming at the lake in her free time and is also a huge fan of Craig David, jetting over to Ibiza to watch him perform live when she can.

Stacey Eagles

Recruitment Consultant

Stacey has 13 years’ experience in childcare, administrative and senior level support roles. Stacey provides excellent customer service to all our candidates and clients during her daily ‘’journey’’ of recruiting. Stacey enjoys travelling, trying new foods, meeting new people, and enjoying a good film. Stacey has moved to the UK from South Africa and is our resident “South African Queen!”.

Leonard Spiller

Chief Wellness Officer

Leonard is our in house Chief Wellness Officer. Leonard is a gorgeous Goldendoodle (Golden Retriever/Poodle). He is 5 years old and his birthday is 29th March making him an Aries! He loves lots of cuddles from the team, lots of treats and constant attention!
