Carole started up Journey Recruitment in 2014 as she wanted to “do recruitment the right way!” and create a modern, vibrant agency with old fashioned values. Carole is very proud of our company values and ethos and as a “hands-on” Director still gets a buzz in finding candidates their ideal job. Carole also has another job as she volunteers as a Trainee Counsellor and is busy studying for her BACP approved level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling.

Helen loves swimming and cannot wait to get in the pool in her free time, and is also a huge fan of Craig David, jetting over to Ibiza to watch him perform live when she can.
