We are extremely excited to announce that we were crowned winners of the Excellence In Customer Service Award at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2023.
This is a huge honour for the team here at Journey Recruitment who always strive to provide the highest level of customer service to both our clients and candidates. We pride ourselves on providing a refreshingly friendly and customer service based approach to recruitment. To have this recognised by such a amazing establishment was truly the highlight of our year.
The Thames Valley Business Awards was hosted at the Hilton Hotel in Reading and the team at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce really did put on such an amazing show! The evening began with a drinks reception and a welcome from Paul Britton, CEO at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce. We then got to experience some incredible live entertainment from the band and an inspiring speech by Sally Gunnell OBE about her road to Olympic success. Then it was time for the awards presentation to begin! The Excellence in Customer Service award was announced by Sheryl Davis, Partner at Saffery Champness who were the generous sponsors of the Excellence in Customer Service award. Amazingly, Sheryl then announced that we were the winners of the award!.
The panel of judges at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce looked for evidence of our great customer service strategy, proof of our business performance and evidence of how we incorporate customer service into our staff development plans. We are so proud of how we demonstrated this and our amazing win.
