A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a growing business based in Twyford, Berkshire.

The Operations Coordinator will coordinate suppliers, schedules and materials, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard from initial order through to final delivery.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership of processes from start to finish.

This is an office based role in a countryside location so being a driver is essential.  Our client will consider full or part time hours (min of 20/25 hours across 5 days) for this role offering a salary of up to £32,000 (FTE) dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator role are:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end production and delivery process for customer orders
  • Order, track and manage materials and components
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality, accuracy and timely deliveries
  • Coordinate schedules and manage project timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor outstanding orders
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
