Journey Recruitment celebrates 10 years in business! We are so proud to announce that this June we celebrated our 10 year anniversary. That means 10 years of success in the recruitment industry and 10 years of helping candidates find their dream roles. Our Director, Carole Whyte, has worked incredibly hard over the past decade to create an award-winning recruitment business that is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service. We have been privileged to share this journey with our amazing clients and candidates who truly are at the heart of everything we do.
A Night to Remember🎉
We were lucky enough to celebrate this achievement with the most incredible party at Cantley House Hotel in Wokingham. Cantley House is a beautiful historic venue and it truly was the perfect venue for our special celebration. The evening was filled with laughter, reminiscing, and looking forward to the future. It was a time to reflect on the challenges we have overcome such as surviving Covid-19, the relationships built, and the successes achieved over the past ten years. We enjoyed the most amazing evening filled with great food, an amazing DJ, a fantastic speech from Carole, and lots of laughter and dancing.

Our Director, Carole Whyte, has put together a personal thank you and reflection on the past 10 years that we wanted to share with you:
10 years ago, I made the huge decision to start my own company and “do” recruitment the way that I thought it should be done! I still remember the butterflies in my stomach opening the door to the Journey Recruitment office on 14th June 2014, my very first day in my own company! I resigned from a steady job where I had worked for 20 years, this was a brave (or mad!!) thing to do as a single mum especially as I didn’t have a “Plan B”!! But I can honestly say I have never looked back.
It has been a great learning curve and a huge journey (no pun intended) filled with so many memories and moments I will always cherish.
Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of this journey including my fabulous team, clients and candidates and here’s to many more incredible years.
