Working in the heart of Windsor you will responsible for
- Arranging medical appointments for clients applying for Life Insurance
- Answering all incoming calls ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally
- Scan all documentation on the database
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients, customers and colleagues
- Upload documents and assist with reports.
You will have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and be able to work on your own initiate
- Organised with strong attention to detail
