Administration Assistant

£16,500 per annum rising to £17,000 after probation

Working in the heart of Windsor you will responsible for

  • Arranging medical appointments for clients applying for Life Insurance
  • Answering all incoming calls ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally
  • Scan all documentation on the database
  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients, customers and colleagues
  • Upload documents and assist with reports.

You will have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and be able to work on your own initiate
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
