Customer Service Advisor

Have you worked in a Pub, Club or within the hospitality industry?

Do you have excellent communication skills or a flair for customer service?

Our fantastic client are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join their team based in Thame.

We would love to hear from you if you:

•Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
•Have experience of working in the licensed publican trade – desirable but not essential
•Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast paced environment
•Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
•Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
•Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
•Work well within a team

Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 6pm on a rota basis. Also working 1 in 4 Weekends Saturday hours 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-3pm. (with time off in Lieu during the week) and bank holidays.

What they offer: 

•Salary of £18,000 which will then increase to £18,500 after successful completion of the training programme.
