Our fantastic client just outside of High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, where you will working as part of a friendly team involved with the administration support for the Customer Relations Team, this busy and varied role will involve you in all aspects of administration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Processing daily EPS & paper scripts
  • Liaising internally and externally
  • Calls – chase outstanding scripts
  • Script filling & cleansing
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Scanning of templates
  • Email response
  • Invoices
  • Completions
  • Month end procedures
  • Working to targets
  • Support all patient teams with routine admin tasks

Essential:

  • Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy Methodical approach to your work
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Experience of MS Office

Desirable:

  • Database input experience

Holiday: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays 

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
