We are looking for excellent confident customer service candidates who are looking for a new challenge within Customer Service! And based within the automotive industry!

Our fantastic client based in Thame are inviting candidates to join them for an open morning for 2 hours at their offices in Thame, the session will last for an hour and you will get yourself involved with all sorts of fun team building activities whilst learning lots about the company and the role

Your role:

You will provide an exceptional customer experience, through effectively responding to enquiries through a variety of communication channels, such as by phone, email, social media and online chats. You will deal with general customer queries and you will also handle some complaints. So you must be confident, professional and have the ability to multi-task.

Your Duties:

• To professionally handle telephone calls; email; written communication and any other communication channels as agreed with your Team Manager.
• To carry out administrative duties as directed by your Team Manager.
• As a matter of course to have good time keeping and to act in a professional manner at all times.
• To be an ambassador for the company and to act as a role model to other team members.

Requirements:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have a strong team work ethic
• Confident telephone manner, including good verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls

The salary is:

£17,500 rising to £18,500 in 12 months.

Working hours

are 37.5 hours a week to be worked Monday- Saturday on a rota basis.

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 7.00pm (So for example you may be working – 8:30am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm)
to include some Saturdays (1 OR 2 A MONTH) 9.00am – 1.00pm (with time off in the week)
