Part time HR and Payroll Assistant

Fabulous part time HR role based in the centre of Marlow in lovely offices with free parking and excellent benefits to include pension scheme, life assurance,private health and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Part time working in the office from Monday to Friday 9-3

Working as part of a small, friendly HR team in the heart of Marlow, Bucks

If full time the role would be £23,000 – salary advertised is based on 30 hours and so is £18,400

Looking for a flexible person who has previous HR experience and ideally payroll experience, although the payroll can be trained if need be.

Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database skills
* Experience of working within an HR department
* Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
* Focus on customer service
* Able to prioritise, plan and organise workload and working to deadlines
* Demonstrate strong numerical skills
* Analytical skills and an inquiring mind
* Able to work to set procedures when required to do so
* Able to work as part of a team
* Experience of using HR databases
* Previous Payroll experience desirable but not essential
