Retail Operations Manager (events)

Working in South London from 24 September-1st November in the Head Office and then Ascot on the event from 1st November -24 December (accommodation available if required)

Day rate of £150 and working 5 days a week to include some weekends

Must have previous Retail Operations experience

This role reports to the Head of Retail and the main focus is to have responsibility for sales management, warehousing, stock management, store planning, till systems set-up and installation, training and revenue protection. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved, retail staffing and consumable costs are within budget and that all retail transactions are executed accurately. Working with finance as well you will make sure that daily sales records are accurate, that stock wastage is minimised and cash management is simple and effective.
