Senior Office Coordinator

Are you a Senior Receptionist or Office Administrator looking for a new challenge?

Are you well organised and enjoy variety?

This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established, small, friendly  company based in Stokenchurch.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office.

  • Answering the phone to customers from all over the world.
  • Replying to emails
  • Typing letters and documents.
  • Booking business trips.
  • Collating, entering and checking expenses.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Creating spreadsheets.
  • Data entry on our databases.
  • Web research.
  • Buying stationery.
  • Co-ordinating office facilities (Health & Safety/Fire/Telephones/Computers etc).
  • Proof reading.

You must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills

  • Be able to prioritise and remain calm and cheerful when things get busy.
  • Be pro-active when things are quiet.
  • Motivated enough to work on your own.
  • Microsoft Word savvy and Microsoft Excel friendly. Power Point would also be advantageous.
  • You should take all the above in your stride.

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, salary £26,000, company pension scheme and 27 days’ annual leave
