Service Delivery Coordinator

Do you have excellent communication skills?

Working for a dynamic Technology market leader this role will be supporting customer orders.

Duties

  • Provide swift and effective responses to customers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at all times
  • Process quotations
  • Assist with order management and CRM maintenance
  • Manage customer feedback
  • Develop strong relationships with all internal teams

Skills required

  • You will have proven excellent communication skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills
  • You will ideally have a background in retail/hospitality/banking.

You must be a car driver.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus great benefits.

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
