Explorers (work from home)

Journey Recruitment is a vibrant, well established and well recognised recruitment agency and our Base Camp is in Berkshire.

We are embarking on a new venture of expansion and for this we need outside Explorers to search out job opportunities and to bring them back safely to Base Camp.

We need intrepid, tenacious Explorers with some previous sales and recruitment experience to start this next journey with us and we are excited to set off.

NB Please only apply if you have a current network of potential customers (this could be if you have recruitment experience and are now redundant etc or if you are a specialist in a certain field and have a network of customers from that sector)

Some detail about the Explorers

• Self employed initially (but happy to discuss employed status or even franchise status in the future for great Explorers)
• Working from home with hours to suit (you CAN have that work/life balance that you so deserve!)
• Fully backed by a fabulous brand (check us out online, we are great and we hope you think so too!)
• Very well paid! You will receive 40% of all your billings and this is NOT a 360 recruitment role, you just simply need to bring back the jobs to Base Camp and we do the rest!
• NO thresholds at all and No set up costs at all, you just need a mobile phone and a laptop!
• Expected earnings in the first year £35,000-£50,000 but the earning potential should be considerably more in subsequent years and the rewards can be outstanding for true Venturers.
• Fully supported on your voyage by our Base Camp. Full use of our branding, training, guidance, support, CRM system, email, website, invoicing, credit control, compliance, access to job boards etc
