Customer Service

Great opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking for their first office job!

This role will suit someone from a hospitality/ retail background or someone with Customer Service experience.

Our client is looking for someone to join their Customer Service team to support and provide excellent service for both Sales and Customer Support via phones, e-mails and chat.

This role is working 8.30am-6.00pm in the office in Marlow for a leading, well-known organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering queries and resolving issues for our customers, providing the correct solution.
  • Providing relevant and tailored solutions to customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer escalations, resolving these in line with the defined processes and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent Customer Service at all times.
  • Establish customer’s sales needs through effective questioning, identifying opportunities for ‘add on’ sales as appropriate.
  • Work to defined targets including sales, conversion, service levels and response times.
  • Monitor customer feedback and comments to forward any appropriate improvement suggestions to the relevant team.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to 3rd parties as required.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the calls.
