Customer Support Administrator

Our fantastic client is going from strength to strength in the medical industry and is looking for an amazing Customer Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be working as part of a friendly team involved with the administration support for the Patient Services Team. This busy and varied role will involve you in all aspects of administration. The Customer Support Administrator role is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £23,400. The working hours are 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday within the hours of 9am to 6pm. Their office is based near High Wycombe and hybrid working will become an option on an 80/20 split after training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scanning of templates
  • Processing daily prescriptions
  • Liaising with relevant parties
  • Surgery calls – chase outstanding prescriptions
  • Email responses and invoices
  • Processing inbound calls
  • Checking exemptions
  • Working towards goals
  • Support all patient teams with routine admin tasks

Skills Required

  • Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Experience of MS Office
