Planning and Scheduling Executive

Our client is based in the heart of Wokingham and are looking for the perfect Planning and Scheduling Executive to join their growing team.  The firm is nationally recognised for their technical knowledge and expertise in their field. This is a fast-paced role where you will be working with the team leader organising the days of technicians and drivers to ensure efficiency across all their projects.  This is a fully office-based role working 8:30am to 5:00pm with a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience as well as a fantastic 12% bonus plus a range of wonderful extra benefits!

This role would really suit someone who is a great communicator who is happy to speak to all Site Managers and the public. This is an exciting, fast paced role which includes scheduling and planning the installations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordination of all in-house and sub-contractor field teams, ensuring all service level agreements are achieved.
  • Have excellent customer service experience and skills, you will be supporting customers with any queries, delivering an exceptional service always.
  • Support the team and provide cover when required.
  • Liaise with the Production Manager to coordinate site allocations.
  • Build relationships with sub-contractors, Surveyors and key customers.
  • Communicating with the Team Leader on any issues raised and progress on site.

Skills Required:

  • Co-ordination/Planning experience.
  • Competent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload, prioritising as required at a fast pace.
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results.
  • Comfortable communicating on the phone and also in writing.
  • You enjoy supporting others when needed, being well-organised and self-sufficient.
  • You have high energy & professional enthusiasm to deliver on your goals. You don’t give up and enjoy a challenge and are confident in making quick and effective decisions.
