Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new challenge?
If so, our client based in Basingstoke are looking for you!
Your role will be to maintain the day-to-day quality activities and provide support to the Operations Manager, Senior Management, Customers and Suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- To maintain best practices for the Quality Operations
- To maintain Process, Procedures and Work Instructions
- To liaise with Customers and Suppliers
- To Assist in Internal and External Auditing
- Maintain good customer relations on the telephone at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
QUALITIES AND TRAITS:
- Working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 Standard
- Appreciation of ISO14001 & ISO18001 Standards
- Working knowledge of the 8D investigation and reporting Processes ideally
- Good Analytical Skills for producing reports
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Well organised, efficient and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team player
- Analytical
- Integrity and resilience
HOURS:
Monday to Friday, Full Time.
SALARY:
£25,000 – £28,000
