Do you have some solid administration experience within a sales/customer based environment?
Are you a car driver?
In this role you will be working as an Administrator within the Sales Office of about 8 people and we are looking for an Individual that has the desire to learn in order to provide a high level of support to members.
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent computer literacy (competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and web-based systems)
- General administration skills with a keen eye for detail, common sense and a methodical approach
- A friendly and helpful telephone manner
- A team player who is also able to work on their own Initiative
- Experience of administration and team-work in a busy sales/customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Good work ethic essential
- A strong desire to learn
- Must be a car driver due to location on the outskirts of Wokingham
Primary Duties
- Provide support to members, extensive telephone liaison
- Processing customer orders and ensuring delivery timescales are adhered to by Suppliers
- Processing technical reports and maintaining internal records
- Review installation approvals and send out approval cards when necessary
- Ability to identify any sales opportunities
- Providing general support to Sales Team
