Working for a dynamic Technology market leader this role will be supporting customer orders.
Duties
- Provide swift and effective responses to customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience at all times
- Process quotations
- Assist with order management and CRM maintenance
- Manage customer feedback
- Develop strong relationships with all internal teams
Skills required
- You will have proven excellent communication skills
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong IT skills
- You will ideally have a background in retail/hospitality/banking.
You must be a car driver.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus great benefits.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
