£16,500 per annum rising to £17,000 after probation.
Mon-Fri. Hours are either 10.30am-7.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm
Your position will be a team based role and will involve:
- Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
- General administration
- Data-entry
- Diary work
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls
- Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
- Ordering and processing medical records
- Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
You will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player and be able to work on your own initiative
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Be able to commute by train from Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor etc
